Hello! Before commissioning me, please read the following terms. By ordering a commission, you agree to these conditions!Currently, I only have SKEB commission work available so this TOS will only reflect SKEBs.
GENERAL
⁘ I reserve the right to decline any request for any reason.
⁘ Commissions are for personal use only unless otherwise agreed upon.
⁘ Any work done cannot be used for Artificial Intelligence (AI), Generative AI, Machine Learning, and/or NFTs.
PAYMENT
Commission will only start after payment is made through Ko-fi portal!
If any chargeback is done after work has been completed and received, you will be immediately banned from any future commission requests.
No refunds once work has been started unless I cancel commission!
TURNAROUND
Turnaround time will be typically within 4 months of the inital start date.
I am a full-time worker so unfortunately, I only have so much time outside of regular work life! ;-;
I will notify you of any delays due to personal circumstances!
WILL/WON'T DRAW
WILL: OCs, Fanart, SFW ONLY
WILL NOT: NSFW, heavy gore, offensive material

RIGHTS & USAGE
I retain the right to post the artwork on my portfolio + social media unless specifically requested otherwise.
Your commission will be streamed online during it's progress unless requested otherwise.
You may repost your commission with credit! (e.g. Art by 00yooh)
Do not edit, resell, or use artwork for commercial purposes unless discussed beforehand.

on the pc, clip studio paint. on ipad, procreate/clip studio paint
what is a SKEB?
SKEBs in a nutshell is a full trust piece! Other than the initial text request, there are no updates, no changes, no communication until final product is given. It's a "let the artist cook!" type of art piece in turn, the price of the art will be much lower! i would advise if you go for a SKEB piece, that you really like the majority of that artists' work because there are no refunds or changes!
do you take commission work other than SKEBs?
at the moment, i only take SKEBs as I am a full-time worker and still trying to see if i can juggle taking on commission work + streaming + daily life!
why does the SKEBs take so long?
since i am a full-time worker, i don't know how much time i will be able to dedicate to drawing commissions so i wanted to pad as much time as possible to set expectations really low! i doubt it would take me a full 4 months to get you your work but life sometimes likes to chuck lemons at you - be prepared for anything!
